Job Description Oversee preconstruction phases, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for light industrial and data center projects. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables. Develop detailed cost estimates, evaluate bids, and manage procurement processes. Analyze construction documents and specifications to assess project scope and risks. Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions from preconstruction to construction. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success. Track and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
