HR Business Partner for Customer Product YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Business Partner for the Customer Product Pod, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the implementation of a comprehensive 5-year framework and developing a robust talent pipeline. Driving our People Strategy, which includes fostering a high-performing culture, enhancing AI skills across the organization, developing future-ready leaders, and simplifying HR through Workday adoption. Acting as a catalyst for continuous transformation while collaborating closely with HR and the DSO ecosystem. Partnering with business leaders and leadership teams to shape talent transformation agendas that align with critical priorities within Customer/Product teams. Providing strategic HR leadership and high-quality consultancy on a range of strategic HR themes, including market compliance, organizational change, and talent acquisition, retention, and development. Being part of a dynamic and flexible team of diverse HR BPs, working on outcome-focused initiatives in 90-day cycles. Participating in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and fulfilling Bayer's mission. Adjusting the scope of your role dynamically based on evolving business needs, talent flow, and market conditions. Supporting divisional leaders by bringing innovative perspectives to challenge existing norms. Developing your functional expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional skills to enhance organizational performance. WHO YOU ARE Bayer is looking for an individual who meets the following criteria: Required Qualifications: Proven experience in managing large-scale cultural and organizational transformations. Possesses strong business acumen with varied industry and divisional experience. Adept at working in global, multi-location environments and understanding diverse perspectives. Experience across diverse HR functional areas, facilitating holistic, end-to-end approaches. An agile mindset and leadership skills, providing support in project and organizational changes. Ability to create agile teams with a dynamic resource flow orientation. A collaborative and growth mindset, promoting co-creation and curiosity while enhancing insights for Bayer. A talent developer and coach who influences HR and leadership practices. Strategic mindset with results orientation, strong networking, influencing, and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Expected salary ranges from $170,720 to $256,080, with additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable. Furthermore, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, vision, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, and sick leave. Note that this salary range is an estimate and may vary based on the applicant's location, market data, relevant experience, and other factors.
