We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic leader to take on the role of Senior Product Owner for Pharmacy Products. In this pivotal position, you will use your clinical knowledge to guide the future development of our pharmacy product suite, implement significant product deployments, and ensure our solutions maximize customer and patient safety. You will be instrumental in aligning customer feedback and strategic requests with our current and future platform strategies as we enhance our OHEHR offerings. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Drive the complete deployment of our next-generation eRX platform, ensuring its compatibility with OHEHR for over 400 customers and 1,600 providers through a multi-year rollout. Utilize clinical expertise to carry out thorough, strategic reviews of customer feedback and market insights, ensuring alignment with evolving product needs and future platform capabilities. Identify innovative opportunities to expand our product portfolio, anticipating industry trends and regulatory changes, while championing enhancements to promote customer and patient safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product Management, Intellectual Property, and Configuration—to improve product offerings, promote industry best practices, and address complex challenges. Exhibit strong leadership skills across diverse teams, mentoring and empowering others to contribute to product advancements. Actively advocate for change, fostering alignment and gaining support for crucial initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively and convincingly with stakeholders, utilizing data and business insights to garner support for strategic product directions. Encourage a culture of innovation, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and ethical best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates should have: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, product management, or a clinical field. A minimum of 5 years in project management, product design, or related areas, showcasing expertise in clinical pharmacy, product implementation, or healthcare technology. The ability to foresee potential complications and manage intricate projects independently; supervisory experience is preferred. Skills in translating customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product enhancements. Strong collaborative skills to drive cross-team alignment while thinking strategically about product growth. Experience in optimizing product workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning with industry best practices. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey messages for diverse stakeholders and secure backing for new initiatives. A dedication to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and inclusive leadership. Compensation and Benefits: The hiring range for this role is between $78,000 and $158,200 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
