Senior Outbound Product Manager - Oracle Database Cloud

Job Description Join our rapidly expanding Oracle Database Cloud team, which includes innovative products like Autonomous Database, Exadata Database, NoSQL Database, and more. We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Outbound Product Manager who will drive the growth of our database cloud services across global markets. Your mission will involve spearheading business development initiatives, refining go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance our Database Cloud offerings as priorities evolve. Strategically, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the growth roadmap for Oracle Database Cloud, targeting key market segments and partnerships that promise significant opportunities. Tactically, you will engage enthusiastically with various internal teams, including operations, product release, and development, to manage the entire lifecycle of our services and products. You will work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand market dynamics and efficiently eliminate barriers to growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with the technology-driven Product Management team to shape key differentiators and success metrics for Oracle Database Cloud offerings. Work with stakeholders to commercialize and launch service enhancements effectively. Partner with marketing teams to align messaging with our core product value proposition, driving market development and strengthening our sales pipeline. Engage with regional sales and business development teams to create tailored sales plays, programs, and GTM strategies specific to regional needs while providing ongoing training and support. Develop and expand the partner ecosystem by aligning our value proposition with partners' GTM strategies, facilitating product positioning, and providing needed training. Conduct win-loss analyses alongside regional sales and business development teams, crafting insights on regional success factors and offering routine feedback to management and product teams. Help establish credible references and create compelling success stories, white papers, and training materials. We seek an individual with a proactive, creative mindset who effectively builds consensus across a diverse organization and is enthusiastic about introducing innovative cloud solutions globally. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Outbound Product Management, Sales Engineering, or Business Development. 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA or database developer. A BA or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred. This role may require compliance with specific US customer or client-facing requirements, such as health mandates. The salary range for this position is between $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
