Job Details: Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time) Schedule: 35 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours) Duration: August 2025 - May 2026 Pay Rate: Up to $60/hr (based on experience) Location: Ann Arbor, MI (on-site) Job Description: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teamsUtilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapy materials Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Michigan Medicaid requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussionsSupport diverse student populations in inclusive educational settings Education & Certification Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Michigan SLP License (or immediate eligibility) ASHA CCC-SLP (Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision) Experience in school-based settings preferred Knowledge of IEP processes and special education lawStrong collaboration and organizational skills
