As the Veterans Alumni Engagement Director, you will spearhead national strategies for our Alumni program. Your main focus will be ensuring our operations are in full alignment with WWP's vision and priorities. Collaborate across teams to create impactful programs, enhance partnerships, and drive continuous improvements in our services for warriors and their families. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop clear strategies and KPIs that align with WWP's outreach and engagement priorities for alumni. Lead a national team in delivering exceptional support to warriors and their families. Utilize data to identify service gaps and enhance program offerings within our community. Build and maintain strong relationships with military organizations, treatment facilities, and educational institutions. Promote collaboration among internal teams to enhance the overall experience for warriors. Oversee budget planning and create efficient operational workflows. Mentor team members to cultivate a positive organizational culture. Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies. Represent WWP in public outreach efforts to amplify program visibility. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating and developing teams. Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for presenting information engagingly. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple deadlines with ease. Analytical and problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions. A solid understanding of WWP's mission and the veteran community landscape. Experience Requirements: Seven years of experience in program management, community engagement, or related fields. Seven years of experience managing staff. Experience working with military or veteran communities. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Applicants must have a valid state-issued driver's license and should be prepared to obtain ASIST Certification within one year of hire. This position involves travel and requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
