Back 15d Solution Architect #6513 Little Rock, Arkansas, United States Apply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The Solutions Architect role will architect, build, and implement solutions in the current NetSuite ERP platform including RF Smart, Palantir Foundry, and also with best of breed applications as Westrock Coffee continues to grow. This role will partner with all levels of the organization, from Executive Vice Presidents to subject matter experts to serve as the lead in developing and implementing solutions to meet Westrock's challenges. A detailed transaction level understanding of NetSuite is critical for success in this role along with the ability to self-implement as necessary. Job Duties: Work across all Westrock's systems platforms, with NetSuite GL at the core, to envision, rationalize, develop, and implement system solutions, ensuring transaction and data level designs based on Westrock's needs. Assist in developing the Westrock systems solution roadmap, the business case to support the roadmap, and deliver on-time, on-budget implementations that deliver the promised solution value. Provide systems team leadership to the project team, stakeholders and users to ensure a successful implementation and solution adoption. Work with all business units across Westrock's end-to-end value to chain to identify the root causes of system issues from the UI to the transaction and data integration layer to ID root-cause and develop the solution. Lead and coordinate with senior and top management such as IT, accounting, finance, supply chain and operations regarding systems solutions and their value to Westrock. Embrace new systems platforms such that they can be maintained and developed. Requisition Number 6513 Shift First Qualification Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working in the NetSuite platform. 3+ years experience applying AI/ML in enterprise business solutions. 3+ years experience with manufacturing company or consulting on manufacturing solutions in Food & Beverage or CPG. 3+ years experience with shared services and other corporate functions and processes. 3+ years experience with ERP system modules including financials and manufacturing (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, foreign currency, EFT, multi-subsidiary accounting, inventory, order fulfillment, etc.). 3+ Experience developing in Python, Javascript, and SQL. BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar discipline. Masters Degrees are preferred. NetSuite Certifications a plus.
