The chosen candidate will drive global supplier strategy, procurement, and cost management, with key objectives to enhance supplier relationships, boost margin performance, and support new product development initiatives. This impactful executive leadership position demands a hands-on sourcing expert familiar with global markets, particularly in hardware or durable goods, with a robust history of managing OEM/ODM relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead sourcing and supplier relationship management across major regions including China and Vietnam. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new manufacturing partners. Implement country diversification and risk mitigation strategies. Drive annual cost reduction initiatives and negotiate favorable contracts with overseas manufacturers. Enhance gross margin through stringent supplier management practices. The ideal candidate will possess 12-20 years of global sourcing and supply chain experience, with strong supplier ties in China and preferably in Vietnam.
