What You'll Do Daily Your main focus will be on identifying and resolving customer challenges: validate issues, establish a value hypothesis with performance metrics and dashboards, conduct small pilot programs for quick learning, and adjust or pivot strategies based on outcomes; collaborate with Engineering to streamline workflows, demonstrate improvements in productivity, cost, and time efficiency, and scale successful initiatives while updating our roadmap to reflect concrete results. Key Responsibilities Vision & Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap with short, mid, and long-term objectives tied to measurable value for users. Proactive Delivery: Implement actionable summaries, important notifications, and consolidated task lists. Governance & Patterns: Establish notification and workflow standards that enhance clarity and reduce distractions. Discovery & Analytics: Conduct research on complex user journeys; convert insights into well-defined product requirements. Instrumentation: Outline event tracking and analytics from the outset; ensure dashboards deliver tangible business insights. Experimentation: Execute value-driven pilots; promote successful features and phase out those with low returns. Platform Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering and Architects to leverage workflow components and key integrations to achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Core Experience: Proven track record in product management focusing on collaboration or workflow automation with measurable results. Proven Results: Clearly demonstrated ability to deliver measurable value and enhance outcomes through multiple product launches. Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of platform workflow elements (e.g. triggers, actions, bots) and AI products (large language model applications, AI-enhanced notifications, conversational workflows). Leadership: Ability to influence engineers and executives; enhance product development practices. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in uncertain environments; quickly realign plans and maintain team focus on outcomes. Experience: 10+ years as a Product Manager in software or technical implementations. Salary Transparency The salary range for this position is as follows: US Remote: 144,000 - 208,000 USD per year; Austin Metro Area: 144,000 - 208,000 USD per year; NYC Metro Area: 176,000 - 254,000 USD per year; Seattle Metro Area: 177,000 - 257,000 USD per year; Scottsdale Metro Area: 136,000 - 198,000 USD per year; San Francisco Bay Area: 196,000 - 284,000 USD per year.
