A Day in Your Role: As a Product Manager, you will shape the vision and roadmap of our Client Portal website. This role requires aligning our product strategy with the broader objectives of MMA while catering to the unique needs of clients across various regions. Engaging closely with senior stakeholders-including national and regional leaders-you will gather valuable insights to prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction and drive business success. Your proficiency in Agile methodologies will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. With a strategic mindset, you will balance priorities and leverage your extensive understanding of the insurance industry to create a product that serves the diverse requirements of small and mid-sized businesses. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Develop a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with MMA's mission. Create a prioritized product roadmap reflecting client needs, market trends, and business goals. Insurance Expertise: Utilize your robust insurance knowledge across various lines of business to refine our product offerings. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand regional priorities. Collaborate with teams in engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality features. Feature Development: Provide a clear vision and feature set to the delivery team while aligning closely with the Product Owner. Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner to align with current client needs and business objectives. Strategic Mindset: Navigate competing priorities while ensuring alignment between the Client Portal and MMA's overarching business strategy. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, driving initiatives that elevate our services. Analyze product performance and user feedback to make informed strategic decisions enhancing client experiences. Who You Are: If you possess 8+ years of experience in product management, especially relating to web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services sectors, we encourage you to apply! Bring your: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). Previous experience in an insurance agency/brokerage. Demonstrated track record in delivering successful digital products that foster client engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of web development technologies and data analytics tools. The offered pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Performance-based incentives may also apply.
