Project Controls Specialist

The Project Controls Specialist supports cost management, scheduling, and progress tracking for a large-scale environmental remediation project. This role works closely with engineering, construction, and management teams to maintain project performance visibility. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts. Track progress, costs, and key performance indicators. Prepare monthly reports, variance analyses, and risk assessments. Support change management and earned value tracking. Coordinate with construction and procurement teams to ensure schedule alignment. Assist with data management and report automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, or scheduling. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with heavy civil or industrial projects preferred.
