Provide direct therapy services to patients, including articulation therapy, language intervention, fluency therapy, and dysphagia management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques, home exercises, and strategies for improving communication and swallowing function. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
