Civil Engineer

Civil EngineerLong-Term Contract Opportunity Location: Greenville, SC Our global EPC client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support long-term industrial and infrastructure projects in Greenville, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex site development and civil engineering projects within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Perform site development, site master planning, and site selection activities. Develop final grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including cut/fill analysis and earthwork balancing. Prepare erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), and support permitting and regulatory approvals. Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for storm drainage system design. Design and route underground utilities and perform site space planning using Civil 3D. Analyze and design gravity sewer systems. Research and comply with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction. Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using software such as StormCAD and CivilStorm. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to support integrated project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 10+ years of civil engineering experience preferred. Strong experience designing medium to large-scale industrial developments. Demonstrated proficiency with all major AutoCAD Civil 3D sitework design and drafting modules. Experience using Navisworks and Bluebeam. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams. Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and expand technical expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
