We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CMT (Certified Medication Technician) to join our team and contribute to the health and well-being of our residents. CMT (Certified Medication Technician) is responsible for the safe administration of medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role requires attentiveness, precision, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents and their families. CMT (Certified Medication Technician) Key Responsibilities: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse. Accurately document medication administration and resident responses. Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team. Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support. Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff. Qualifications: Valid CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification in Missouri. High school diploma or GED. Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
