Now Hiring: 1st shift Entry Level Machine Operators and AssemblersLocation: Brillion, WI Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM Pay: $17/hour Are you an early riser looking to start your career in manufacturing? Our client in Brillion is seeking dependable Entry Level Machine Operators and Assemblers to join their 1st shift production team. No prior machine operating or assembly experience required - training is provided for both positions What You'll Do Machine Operators: Operate and monitor machines safely and efficiently Follow established procedures to ensure product quality Work with team members to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and safe work area Assemblers: Assemble parts using hand and power tools. Rotate through different stations to keep tasks moving and the day engaging. Follow instructions to meet production and safety goals Work in a team that values quality, dependability, and doing things right. What We're Looking For: Willingness to learn - training is provided Ability to stand for 10-hours a day Bend, twist and turn and lift up to 35 lbs Must wear all PPE and other provided safety equipment Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude Commitment to safety and teamwork ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
