Technical Project Manager - SAP

Job Title: Technical Project / Program Manager - SAPExperience Required: 10+ Years Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in SAP and Blue Yonder to lead a large-scale supply chain transformation program. The initiative focuses on automating and integrating supply chain processes for critical environment spares, improving end-to-end visibility from suppliers to data centers. The role will drive systemic integrations across SAP, Blue Yonder TMS, and Blue Yonder Network platforms while ensuring master data governance, transportation optimization, and cross-functional accountability. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program management for supply chain automation and visibility initiatives. Drive integration between SAP systems and Blue Yonder TMS / Blue Yonder Network. Transition transportation model from third-party "black box" contracting to carrier/hub-based strategic selection. Ensure seamless data flow, tracking, and reporting from suppliers to data centers. Oversee master data management (MDM) governance and integration quality. Coordinate across multiple internal workstreams and external partners/vendors. Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Drive accountability and performance tracking across cross-functional teams. Ensure system design aligns with operational efficiency and scalability goals. Essential Skills: Strong Program/Project Management experience (10+ years) Experience with SAP (preferably SAP Ariba or supply chain modules) Hands-on exposure to Blue Yonder TMS and/or Blue Yonder Network Supply Chain & Transportation Management domain expertise System integration and enterprise architecture understanding Master Data Management (MDM) knowledge Experience managing multi-vendor / global programs Good to Have: Experience in data center supply chain or critical spares management Experience transforming transportation models Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills
