Property ManagerOrlando, FL 32839 Apartner is seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager to lead a multifamily affordable housing community in Orlando. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with strong operational, financial, and marketing skills, who is passionate about creating a well-managed, thriving community. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of running a multi-unit residential community, including budgets, physical services, advertising, leasing, and pricing Develop and execute marketing and management programs to maintain optimal occupancy, maximize income, and preserve the value of the community Recruit, hire, train, motivate, counsel, and reward employees while fostering a high-performing team culture Monitor the financial operations of the asset and achieve the highest possible Net Operating Income (NOI) through cost control and revenue improvement programs Direct and monitor all rental activity, including rent collections and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with landlord/tenant laws and affordable housing regulations Direct marketing initiatives and maintain an in-depth, ongoing knowledge of the local market Set clear performance expectations for staff and hold them accountable for results Conduct regular property inspections and physically tour the property in its entirety Oversee maintenance operations and assist with emergency measures as required Perform any additional duties assigned by the Regional Director Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in affordable housing Familiarity with Fair Housing, EEO laws, and LIHTC compliance Proven leadership experience in building and effectively managing a team High school diploma required; college degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-developed customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate others Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and travel to support other sites Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation Lead a respected affordable housing community and make a meaningful impact while advancing your career with a company that values leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.
