Project Manager - OCM and Executive Communications Category: Project Management Main location: United States, Missouri, St Louis Position ID:J0326-0262 Employment Type: Full Time Position Description: CGI is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) and executive communications capabilities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a large enterprise environment and partnering closely with senior leaders to develop high-impact communications, prepare presentations, and ensure flawless execution of enterprise-wide events. This role requires someone located within a commutable distance to St. Louis, MO and willing to be on-site as needed for events and walk-throughs. Your future duties and responsibilities: Project & Change Management • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of change initiatives, including timelines, risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement. • Apply OCM principles (e.g., ADKAR, PROSCI) to drive adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change across the organization. • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress toward milestones. • Maintain detailed project documentation, ensure task accountability, and provide regular updates to leadership. Executive Communications & Presentation Support • Work directly with senior executives to create and refine presentation materials, messaging, and narratives. • Prepare leaders for key moments-conducting dry runs, coordinating rehearsals, and ensuring message clarity and readiness. • Manage confidential content and discussions with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion. • Attend executive presentations and events to oversee live execution, including audio/visual setup, timing, and run-of-show support. Event & Town Hall Management • Lead planning, logistics, and delivery of enterprise town halls, employee communications events, and leadership forums. • Partner with communications, technology, and facilities teams to ensure seamless event execution. • Develop event agendas, scripts, talking points, and supporting materials. Communication Development • Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for employees and stakeholders across various channels. • Ensure messaging is aligned with organizational goals, tone, and change strategy. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a complex, large-scale environment. • Knowledge of Organizational Change Management practices. • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to handle large-scale orchestration of events. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to work with and support senior executives. • High level of professionalism, poise, and executive presence. • Ability to manage confidential/sensitive content with discretion. • Experience supporting or running executive-level events or presentations. • Proficient in web conferencing technologies - specifically Zoom Capabilities, and AV equipment DESIRED SKILLS: • PROSCI or ADKAR certification • PMP or equivalent project management certification • Background in the financial services industry • Experience working within a large enterprise or matrixed corporate environment Other Information: GGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $198,400.00.
