Join Zoom as a Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Program Leader and take the reins of our BPO Partner Program on a global scale. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and overseeing the entire performance, governance, and strategic advancements of our BPO Partner Program. Your mission will be to align the needs of our BPO partners with Zoom's business objectives throughout all stages of the program, from development to management. The role is not a solo endeavor; you will collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team focused on business development, channel account management, sales engineering, and operations tailored specifically to our BPO partners. Please note: BPO experience is required to apply. Key Responsibilities: Develop and launch a comprehensive Zoom BPO Partner Program for our partner community. Craft a pricing and billing model (with collaboration from cross-functional teams) that accommodates BPO billing needs. Work with global enablement teams to ensure that Zoom Channel Teams and Partners are well-equipped to utilize this program effectively. Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for enhancing the BPO Program post-launch. Maintain engagement with BPO Partners to understand their unique business needs. Manage partner-related issues, escalate important concerns, and spearhead corrective action plans as necessary. Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Compliance as needed to support your objectives. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable service delivery expectations. Provide insightful and executive-ready reporting and recommendations for the partner program. Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications: 6-10+ years of experience in a BPO environment. 5+ years of experience in developing partner programs. 3+ years specifically dedicated to BPO Partner Programs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively and drive change across diverse teams. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Strong financial and operational insight; hands-on involvement is expected. Compensation: Salary Range: Minimum: $126,500.00 Maximum: $276,700.00 In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom offers a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that encompasses base pay, bonuses, and stock equity. Starting pay will be based on various factors including qualifications and experience. We have a location-based compensation structure; candidates in different locations may experience varying salary ranges.
