Field Sourcer

The CSI Companies and a National Client of ours is seeking a Bilingual Field Sourcer for a contract to hire opportunity! Below is a brief job description. This job requires travel around the Nashville area to source candidates for various internal positions. If you are interested in learning more please apply below! Create and execute an in-market sourcing strategy that connects with candidates in the local communities, including field visits, community organization sponsorships, etc. Represent Valet Living at job fairs, school, and community events, etc. while building sustainable relationships in the surrounding community Generate candidate flow through non-traditional in field recruiting practices Build and maintain relationships with local organizations such as workforce centers, schools (college, trade, technical), churches, etc. This position offers excellent pay, benefits, travel reimbursement and the opportunity to build the companies foothold, and your future career, in the Nashville area! Must be Bilingual. Pay is between $20-25/hr based upon experience.
