Branch Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to lead daily operations at a stone distribution branch. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering long-term stability and growth potential. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable managing staff, overseeing warehouse operations, and operating equipment as needed. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, supervising staff, ensuring efficient product flow, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role requires flexibility, as the schedule may adjust based on truck arrivals and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead warehouse and branch staff. Oversee receiving, shipping, and inventory control processes. Operate a forklift as needed to support operations. Coordinate truck arrivals and ensure timely loading/unloading. Maintain safety standards and compliance. Monitor productivity and address operational issues. Provide excellent customer service and support. Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a leadership or management role within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Forklift operation experience required. Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Warehouse environment. Must be able to operate a forklift. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule required due to truck arrivals. Schedule: Monday - Friday: Start time between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM | End time between 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Schedule flexibility required based on operational needs.
