Position Title: Hvac Selling Technician at Air Titans ProJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES1.Advanced Troubleshooting and Diagnosis:Perform advanced diagnostic tests and inspections on complexheating, cooling, and ventilation systems.Utilize specialized tools and equipment to accurately diagnose issuesand recommend solutions.2.Complex Repairs and Maintenance:Execute complex repairs, adjustments, and replacements of heatingand cooling system components, including high-efficiency units andcutting-edge technology.Conduct thorough preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring optimalperformance and extending the lifespan of equipment.3.Sales and Customer Solutions:Identify potential system upgrades, enhancements, and energy-savingsolutions during service calls.Present and explain product options, service plans, and systemupgrades to customers, utilizing advanced sales techniques to closesales.Achieve sales targets by recommending and selling appropriateproducts and services based on customer needs.4.Customer Communication and Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providingexpert advice and exceptional service.Clearly communicate complex technical information to customers inan understandable manner.Handle customer concerns and objections professionally, ensuringcustomer satisfaction and loyalty.5.Parts and Inventory Management:Maintain a well-organized inventory of parts, supplies, and tools,ensuring availability for advanced service calls.Proactively order parts and supplies needed for complex repairs andensure timely replenishment of stock.6.Documentation and Reporting:Accurately document all service activities, including diagnostics,repairs, parts used, and time spent, in the CRM system.Provide detailed service reports and recommendations to customersand submit them to the office or supervisor upon completion of eachservice call.7. Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliancewith industry standards and regulations.Conduct pre-work safety inspections and ensure that all work isperformed in a safe and compliant manner.8. Continuous Learning and Development:Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practicesthrough continuous learning and professional development.Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs to enhancetechnical skills and obtain relevant certifications.9. Quality Assurance and Post-Service Follow-Up:Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality andcraftsmanship, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Conduct post-service inspections and tests to verify the effectivenessof repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.10.
