Job Description Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) experience is mandatory. This position does not offer visa or work permit sponsorship. We are seeking an accomplished consulting professional with extensive knowledge of solutions, best practices, and varied business processes within the insurance sector. You will take on complex responsibilities that require independent judgment to identify and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle Insurance Policy Administration. You will utilize Oracle methodologies, company protocols, and industry-leading practices. Your Responsibilities Lead the development of OIPA solution requirements and functional design for medium to large-scale implementations in the insurance and financial services sectors. Utilize Agile methodologies to create epics, features, and user stories that clearly document business needs and functional designs. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architecture to ensure complete understanding of requirements. Maintain a thorough requirements traceability matrix. Work closely with testing teams to guarantee testing efforts align with the defined requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, aiding in decision-making, promoting adoption, and ensuring every project achieves measurable business value. Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery best practices, ensuring projects remain on schedule and clients are consistently satisfied. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) implementations. In-depth knowledge of life insurance or annuity products, including underwriting, reinsurance, and policy administration processes. Experience operating in Agile environments. Outstanding communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective stakeholder management. Fluency in English and comfort in dynamic, client-facing roles. A willingness to travel up to 25% is required. Preferred Qualifications Insight into the complete insurance policy lifecycle. LOMA certification. A passion for innovation in insurance technology and involvement in industry forums or thought leadership initiatives. Experience in project managing Agile projects. Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) are a plus. Salary and Benefits The hiring salary range is $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity options.
