Details Outpatient PT setting at a regional medical center in Hartsville, SC Schedule is Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:30 PM Occasional weekend coverage for acute care evaluations approximately every 5 weeks 13-week contract Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience required; hospital experience preferred Active SC PT license required for consideration (license required if applicable) Current BLS certification required; must be issued through the American Heart Association (RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted) SSN and date of birth required for consideration No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months All certifications must remain valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment Additional Information Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized PT treatment plans, and supervising PT assistants and aides Provides patient education on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different pay rate First-time travelers will be considered provided all other requirements are met American Traveler Job ID #P-677304.
