KPMG is on the lookout for a Director of Quantum Security Strategy to become a crucial part of our Advisory Services practice. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for our quantum security offerings; build and maintain executive relationships with major accounts, directing engagements with top-level executives, including CISOs and CIOs; prepare and deliver compelling presentations with ROI cases to stimulate client growth. Assemble and manage a high-performance team to meet growth targets while maintaining quality; oversee financial performance, project margins, resource allocation, and P&L responsibilities. Establish thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers and conference presentations, to enhance KPMG's reputation as a leader in quantum security; mentor team members to help them become recognized experts in the field. Innovate and deploy new methodologies tailored for quantum security environments, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Recruit and nurture specialized technical talent, cultivating a culture of collaboration and providing effective mentorship for the development of future leaders. Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and accountability to cultivate a respectful workplace culture at KPMG. Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in post-quantum cryptography (PQC) standards (such as CNSA 2.0, NIST) and implementation strategies at an enterprise scale. A Master's degree from an accredited institution is preferred; a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Proven success in establishing and expanding consulting services, managing financial outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. Demonstrated history of negotiating and forming partnerships with leading technology firms such as Google and IBM. Comprehensive understanding of global quantum security regulations and frameworks; strong capacity to engage C-level executives, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies. Experience in formulating go-to-market strategies and increasing practice visibility through whitepapers and conference presentations. This position may require travel up to 30% of the time. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
