CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate to embark on an exciting journey in the world of snacking! Position Overview: Work schedule: Monday to Sunday. Warehouse responsibilities: Starting at 5 am until all tasks are complete. Driving duties: Any time between 12 AM and 3 PM. Principal location: 4301 S. 76th E. Ave. Tulsa, OK 74145 Interstate travel may be required. Your Role: As a CDL Driver, you will be crucial in ensuring our products reach various stores safely and on time. You'll also be a Warehouse Associate, responsible for stocking trucks and preparing our renowned products for delivery. This dual role offers flexibility and fulfillment throughout the year based on company needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct safety checks on warehouse equipment and adhere to safety procedures at all times. Manage daily service tasks such as preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records. Coordinate with retail customers and communicate their needs to our team. Engage in warehouse tasks including truck unloading, order processing, and maintaining organization. Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks. Maintain an accurate inventory and adhere to quality checks to ensure safety for staff and products. Requirements: Must possess a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle physical activities. Willingness to alternate between driving and warehouse roles. Strong adaptability to diverse responsibilities and tasks. Direct store delivery experience (DSD) is preferred. Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is an advantage. Successful completion of a drug test, MVR, and background check is required. What You Bring: The ability to follow schedules and instructions from management. Attention to detail when recording and inspecting deliveries. Flexibility to adapt to daily route changes and work in varying weather conditions. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly rate: $26.65/Hour for warehouse duties and $30.30/Hour while driving.
