Job Description As a Network Services Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing and protecting our network systems. You'll evaluate risks and implement policies and defenses to ensure our infrastructure is secure. You'll handle routine network service tasks related to connectivity, security compliance, systems storage, and more. This position requires travel to client offices and project sites for meetings and configuration work. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Plan and execute network services activities, maintaining connectivity, managing backup systems, and preparing security procedures in line with company standards. Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, manage Active Directory user accounts, and oversee Microsoft 365 and Entra administration. Establish and communicate deadlines for network services functions effectively. Ensure all network systems information, analysis, and documentation are of high quality and accuracy. Conduct systems analyses and review performance according to requirements. Maintain documentation related to user registration and hardware/software updates. Monitor network status and evaluate performance to sustain workflows for all users. Coordinate schedules for software installations, configurations, and system upgrades. Collaborate effectively within the network services team and with employees to ensure an efficient network and system infrastructure. Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, or a related field preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience is acceptable. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A commitment to IT security policies and established procedures. Experience with computer hardware, software, and networks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A track record of developing effective professional relationships. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and decision-making abilities. A willingness to work a flexible schedule.
