PeopleSoft Technical Support Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Support Analyst for a Contract opportunity with a client in Durham, NC (100% Onsite). The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 technical support for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 and Supply Chain modules to develop and enhance customizations, support production issues, and lead coordination between onsite, offshore, and client leadership. Rate Range: $71/hour to $79/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. PeopleSoft Technical Support Analyst job responsibilities include: Provide L2/L3 production support for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 across AP, AR, GL, Contracts, and Supply Chain. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues. Support daily operations and ensure system stability and performance. Design, develop, enhance, and document customizations using PeopleTools (Application Engine, PeopleCode, CI, SQR). Oversee development and testing of technical solutions that meet business needs. Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and defect remediation. Partner with business users to analyze system-related issues and recommend solutions. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development/support teams. Manage onsite/offshore coordination and hand-offs. Desired Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience supporting, enhancing, and maintaining PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 applications. Strong functional/business process knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Contracts, and Supply Chain. Deep technical expertise in PeopleTools: Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, SQR. Strong production support experience with excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities. Experience partnering with business users to gather requirements and resolve issues.
