Shift Leader

About the Role: As a Shift Leader, you will be the energetic backbone of our team, driving shifts to uphold Taco Bell's exceptional standards. You'll take the lead in addressing customer concerns and ensuring each guest leaves with a smile. Your leadership will motivate others as you coach and guide your team towards success. Collaborating with the management team, you will be instrumental in executing business initiatives that help shape the future of our restaurant. Your Daily Responsibilities: Deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction by following the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and focusing on customer priorities. Supervise Team Members in completing Shift Excellence tasks while enforcing a clean and tidy appearance. Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy in every order served. Quickly resolve customer complaints while fostering positive customer relationships. Provide ongoing feedback to the General Manager (GM) about Team Member performance. Continuously offer constructive and positive input to Team Members. Actively engage in training and developing Team Members. Handle conflicts effectively, collaborating with the GM for resolutions. Assist the GM in screening potential Team Member candidates. Support Profit & Loss management by adhering to cash control and security measures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor costs. Ensure proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times are followed. Help the GM with facility maintenance and strict adherence to health and safety standards. Are You the One? 1 year of experience in restaurants or retail, with 3 months in a leadership role preferred. Experience adhering to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation is essential. Strong communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs. as required. Dependability in attendance and punctuality is a must. Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling transactions. Basic math skills are necessary. Commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to health and safety standards. Passion for promoting and embodying Taco Bell's culture and values.
