Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Logistics and Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client, an AI-focused technology firm. This role supports the logistics, communication, and coordination required to deliver and install products across the United States. The position plays a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing communication between buyers, shippers, and installers, while maintaining organization and visibility across all moving parts of the delivery and installation process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track shipments, including buyer notifications and signature confirmations Communicate with buyers throughout the delivery and installation process to provide updates and support Schedule and manage installer coordination across multiple locations and time zones Maintain and update installer databases, including contact details, availability, and service history Utilize and adapt internal templates to deliver clear, timely, and professional communications Monitor delivery and installation performance, identifying and flagging issues as they arise Document challenges and provide insights to improve operational processes Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and efficiency across operations Requirements include: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Experience: 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, scheduling, or customer experience Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, or service providers preferred Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Gmail Certifications: None required Knowledge: Understanding of logistics coordination and shipment tracking Experience supporting customer-facing processes and communications Familiarity with coordinating across multiple stakeholders and time zones Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-moving situations Proactive problem-solving and follow-through Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality experience Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex processes How to Apply: To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
