This isn't just a job - it's a chance to change lives through creativity, compassion, and connection.What You'll Do: As our Activities Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our resident experience. You'll plan and lead daily recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote wellness, engagement, and FUN! Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Organizing games, music, arts & crafts, outings, themed parties & more Leading activities that support emotional and physical well-being Creating monthly activity calendars and personalized resident plans Collaborating with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams Encouraging participation and bringing energy to every event! What We're Looking For: Experience as an Activities Director or in senior recreation (Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred) Certified Activity Director (or willing to become certified) Positive, creative, and compassionate personality Strong organizational and communication skills A heart for seniors and a flair for FUN!
