Adecco is looking for a Buyer / Procurement Specialist to support site and global procurement initiatives by sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This role works closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company procurement policies. Key Responsibilities Process purchase requisitions and manage the full purchase order lifecycle using JDE ERP. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for direct, indirect, and pre-commercial goods and services. Support product launches and operational needs by securing materials and services on time. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices. Conduct spend analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and company procedures. Prepare reports related to supplier performance, spending, and cost savings. Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience. Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred). Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
