Lead the formulation and implementation of long-term and medium-term global IT strategic plans, align with the company's business development goals, optimize IT resource allocation, and support transnational business expansion and innovation. 2. Be responsible for the construction of transnational IT infrastructure strategic architecture, covering core infrastructure such as SD-WAN, servers, and storage, as well as security architecture including firewalls, VPNs, and data encryption, to ensure the architecture has high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. 3. Strictly control global IT compliance, conduct in-depth research and implement information security protection regulations of various countries, including the EU GDPR, US CCPA, and China's Personal Information Protection Law, establish a cross-regional compliance management and control system, and avoid legal risks. 4. Promote the standardized deployment of cloud architecture, covering core business regions in North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, formulate unified specifications for cloud resource access, use, and management, and realize the collaborative operation of multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments. 5. Take the lead in promoting the implementation of the ITIL v4 service management framework globally, optimize IT service processes (including incident management, problem management, change management, etc.), and improve IT service quality and user satisfaction. 6. Be responsible for the overall delivery of major global IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, network security reinforcement, office application system iterations, and digital platform construction. Formulate project plans, control progress, costs, and quality to ensure projects meet goals on time and with quality. 7. Coordinate L1-L3 IT support teams in China, the US, and Europe, establish a 7×24 global response mechanism, quickly handle various IT failures and service requests, and ensure business continuity. 8. Lead IT cost optimization work, analyze IT resource utilization efficiency and cost structure, explore optimization space for cloud service solutions such as IaaS/PaaS, formulate cost control strategies, and reduce IT operation costs while ensuring service quality. 9. Be responsible for the operation and maintenance management of digital platforms within the global IT scope, including cloud platforms, BPM, M365 platforms, and various core IT business platforms, to ensure the stable operation of platforms and normal function iterations, supporting business digital operations. qualifications: 1. More than 8 years of IT-related work experience, including over 5 years of IT management experience in multinational enterprises. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in managing IT teams and supporting businesses in China, the US, and Europe. 2. Have complete experience in global IT strategic planning, infrastructure construction, cloud architecture deployment, and ITIL v4 framework implementation; be familiar with core infrastructure and security technologies such as SD-WAN, firewalls, and VPNs. 3. Possess rich IT project management experience, successfully led the full- lifecycle delivery of large-scale transnational IT projects (infrastructure, security, digital platform categories), and priority will be given to candidates holding project management certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2. 4. Be familiar with information security regulations in major countries and regions around the world (GDPR, CCPA, China's Personal Information Protection Law, etc.), and priority will be given to candidates with cross- regional IT compliance management experience. 5. Proficient in the architectural design and operation and maintenance management of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, etc.), have experience in managing multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments, and be familiar with IaaS/PaaS service models and optimization solutions. 6. Master the ITIL v4 service management framework, have practical experience in promoting the global implementation of the framework, and be able to optimize IT service processes and improve service quality. 7. Be familiar with the operation and maintenance management of digital tools such as BPM platforms and M365 platforms, have experience in the operation and maintenance of infrastructure such as servers and terminal equipment, and priority will be given to candidates with an understanding of factory IT operation and maintenance scenarios. 8. Possess excellent cross-regional team management capabilities, be able to effectively coordinate teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, and stimulate team enthusiasm and creativity. 9.
