Construction Manager

LHH is partnering with one of Kansas City's largest commercial real estate companies on a search for a Senior Construction Project manager for their Overland Park, MO location. You will have direct impact/leadership over Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors who are designing, building and remodeling spaces. Your impact will affect design phases, estimating, bidding and contract negotiations through the compilation of the final punch list. This is a direct hire opportunity that pays a salary of $150K - $180K with annual bonuses on select projects.
