Job Description As an Estimator you will be based in the North Texas office, working closely with the Chief Estimator and wider preconstruction team to secure and support successful project delivery. You will: Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for municipal, K12 and selected commercial projects Lead quantity takeoffs and pricing, with particular focus on mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) scopes Review drawings, specifications and addenda to identify risks, opportunities and valueengineering options Solicit, scope and level subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure complete and competitive coverage Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to develop bid strategies and presentations for key clients Assist in handoff to operations teams, ensuring a clear understanding of scope, assumptions and inclusions Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes, tools and historical cost data MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
