Job Title: Picker/PackerJob DescriptionJoin an award-winning toy company dedicated to bringing joy to children. We are seeking experienced Picker/Packers to join our expanding warehouse operations in Lakewood, WA.Responsibilities Prioritize safety in all tasks. Receive, sort, and organize inventory efficiently. Pull and pack products based on daily orders. Use scanners to read bar codes and fulfill customer orders. Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining order accuracy. Monitor product quality and report issues to ensure safety. Apply continuous improvement mindset and troubleshoot problems. Handle products over 50 pounds safely and perform tasks involving standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, and reaching frequently. Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area. Essential Skills 1 year of similar experience. Experience with RF scanning. Ability to operate a pallet jack. Capability to stand on feet all day and lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs. Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and assist in various tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience is a plus. The work shift is from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with initial training on day shifts for 2-3 days from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
