Job Type Full-time, Part-time, Contract DescriptionWound Care Nurse (LPN/RN)Job Summary We are hiring experienced Wound Care Nurses (LPN or RN) to support our growing wound care program across Northeast Georgia. This is a traveling, home to home role supporting multiple regions. The ideal candidate brings strong wound care expertise, comfort working independently, and a patient-first mindset. You will assess, treat, and manage complex wounds while collaborating with providers and clinical teams to improve healing outcomes and patient quality of life. Schedule: Monday-Friday Days. No call Territory: Buford, Braselton, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Loganville and surrounding Northeast Georgia. RequirementsQualifications & RequirementsActive Georgia LPN or RN license (required) Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience (required) Home health or clinic-based wound care experience strongly preferred Experience with Tabora EMR preferred Strong knowledge of wound healing, infection prevention, and DME related to wound care Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinics Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills Compassionate, flexible, and committed to high-quality care Experience with pediatric patients, tube feeding, or med-surg nursing is a plus Salary Description $45-$65 per visit
