Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth protocols, with a focus on family, geriatric, and internal medicine. Review and promptly approve medical administration records (MARs) and relevant patient care orders to effectively meet the needs of facility residents. Ensure accurate and efficient documentation, facilitating timely billing records as per Eventus WholeHealth policies. Maintain open lines of communication with facility staff and administration, offering valuable feedback on medication management and care plans. Uphold all Eventus WholeHealth standards, legal, regulatory, and professional guidelines to ensure ethical healthcare delivery. Protect patient confidentiality by strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations in all communication and documentation. Consult with your clinical supervisor regarding care-related requests to promote collaborative decision-making and improve patient care. Qualifications/Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, with a valid state license to practice. For Physician Assistants: graduation from an accredited program and successful completion of the national certification exam, along with a valid state license. Preferred specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatric care.
