Essential Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business Management, Marketing, Product Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Over 10 years of proven experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development within the healthcare industry, with preferred experience in large-scale system-wide programs and comprehensive business cases. A minimum of 5 years in a top-tier consultancy with project delivery experience in the healthcare sector. A deep understanding of global healthcare trends, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively and derive actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply financial analysis to commercial matters. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adaptable to diverse cultures and backgrounds. Demonstrated capacity to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in data analytics and the Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills required. Desirable Skills and Knowledge: MBA is preferred. High numerical proficiency with experience in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business plan development. Familiarity with market research tools like Gartner, CB Insights, Forrester, and Definitive Healthcare. Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: GTM Strategy and Operations (70%) Shaping strategic decisions around Oracle Health's GTM Strategy while ensuring effective sales execution in collaboration with leadership, product management, sales, and marketing. Partnering with cross-functional teams to devise comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies for Oracle Health products. Presenting detailed documents to both clients and internal stakeholders, including C-level executives, and facilitating discussions on product growth and market expansion. Engaging with leadership and the Oracle Health community to explore market trends and identify new business opportunities. Identifying target customer segments for optimal product positioning, collaborating closely with product development and marketing teams. Monitoring and assessing sales performance, utilizing data insights to refine strategies and enhance results. Supporting sales teams by providing necessary tools and resources for revenue growth and target achievement. Market Research and Analysis (30%) Conducting comprehensive research and analysis of healthcare markets to unveil trends, opportunities, and challenges. Utilizing advanced quantitative and qualitative skills to extract insights from complex data to inform strategic direction and future growth. Monitoring competitor activities and pricing strategies, leveraging insights to sharpen our competitive edge and effectively position our offerings. Applying advanced analytical thinking to identify opportunities and threats within the healthcare industry and technology landscape. Salary Range: This position offers a competitive hiring range from $115,400 to $251,600 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses, equity, and deferred compensation.
