The Digital Leadership Rotational Program mirrors the established rotational programs across Huron which provide eligible team members with an overview of Huron and the various aspects of the business as well as how its leadership team operates. This opportunity: Enables a deeper understanding of the Huron business in its entirety and the Digital business specifically; Provides potential roles and involvement in strategic and tactical initiatives across the Digital business (sometimes as part of broader Enterprise initiatives) Fosters opportunities for cross-functional relationship building and collaboration; Creates visibility and awareness for how senior leadership teams operate; Improves individual's soft skills, including stakeholder management and communications, among others; and Contributes to the development of future Huron Leaders Program Description: The Digital Leadership Rotational Program is a 12-month rotation, supporting the Digital Chief of Staff across various activities and initiatives. The initiatives and focus of deliverables provided in the rotation enables participants to better understand our business and engage and collaborate cross-functionally while participating side-by-side with Digital's senior most leaders. The individual in the rotation will report directly to the Digital Chief of Staff to receive coaching, mentorship and guidance throughout the duration of the program. The individual will also work closely with the Digital Strategy and Portfolio Management Team Lead. Responsibilities Support the execution of and accountability forkeyDigital strategicinitiatives and deliverablessetby the DigitalCapability Leader Partner on special projects for areas which the DigitalStrategy and Portfolio Managementteam oversees, includinginnovation projectsand post-M&A operational integration support Support the productivity of executive and senior leadership team meetings, including monthly leadership meetings andstrategic planning sessions Track and manage open operations items for the Digital leadership team to ensure completion of activities and initiatives Support Digital capability communications, working side-by-side with Digital's internal communications lead Ensure alignment in decision-making and communication of priorities and planning decisions across the Digital Capability Support the execution ofleadershipsummitsin conjunction with the Digital Chief of Staff Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategicinitiatives Develop high-impact content for internal and external purposes as requested Recommended Skillsets Exceptional organizational and project management skills with experience in planning,organizingand directing the completion of projects in an efficient andtimelymanner Has an extreme attention to detail and the ability andexpertiseto handle and manage many activities at once, knowing how to effectively prioritize A successfultrack recordof working effectively and delivering results in both individual contributor and team settings Demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships of trust with others and can effectively work with a range of individuals Are skilled in adapting communication style and content to meet the needs of different stakeholders Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and impeccable character,integrityand judgment, treating the role and the work with the utmost discretion and bringing a sense of responsibility and humility to each task Process Eligibility All North America basedManagers, Sr. Managers and Directors within Digital with a performance rating of Meets or greater in the last annual performance review cycle are eligible to apply Individuals must have spoken with their coach about their interest in the opportunity prior to interviews being scheduled Please note - The compensation/bonus/benefits will not change for the individual selected for this rotational role.
