To thrive in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or GED (a College or University Degree is preferred). 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibilities. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in business math and accounting skills. A strong preference for candidates currently in an Assistant General Manager position. Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background check and drug test. Reliable transportation. This position also requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area.
