The details for this Travel ED - Emergency Department Nursing Job are: Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Job Location: Schenectady, New York Travel Nurse Salary: $2,506/week Start Date: 04/15/2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Total Hours Per Week: 36 weekly Shift Breakdown: 3x12 hrs Shift: 12 hours, nights Position: ER RN Shift: 12H Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) 30-minute unpaid break Every other weekend required No call | No block or self-scheduling Unit Details: 70-bed Emergency Department Patient Ratio: 1:5 Will float to ED Observation Unit EMR: Cerner Requirements: NY State RN License (can screen without at submission) BLS, ACLS, PALS required (AHA or American Red Cross) PALS required at submission 2 years ER experience preferred (1 year may be considered) TNCC, ENPC, CPI preferred Prior travel experience preferred Skills Required: IV starts, drips/infusions, phlebotomy EKGs, medication administration, patient transport Important Notes: Must provide Full SSN, DOB, and RTO at submission 4 days or less RTO and no holiday RTO preferred Travelers must float within their competencies All compliance documents due 7 days before start About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
