Your Role: As a Team Leader Associate, you will support a single retail office during the busy tax season, ensuring we exceed client expectations. You will begin with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall, transitioning to a full-time position from January through April. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supervising or managing teams. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Multi-Unit Team Leader by being the onsite contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality service that promotes H&R Block’s value. Oversee that all tax office associates meet the client service standards, escalating issues to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary. Address onsite client concerns directly and efficiently. Manage client scheduling and resolve conflicts, escalating as needed. Lead from the front desk, engaging with clients to provide an outstanding service experience. Organize daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks according to our high-quality standards, priorities, and goals. Conduct daily huddles to share vital information with office associates. Your Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage daily operations. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
