Position Overview As an Overnight Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting the management team, and embodying the Live Más spirit. You will take ownership of each shift, proactively solving problems and guiding your team towards success. Key Responsibilities Efficient Shift Management: Ensure seamless operations while maintaining Taco Bell's high standards. Problem-Solving Initiative: Take the lead in addressing challenges and offer support to team members as needed. Team Guidance: Mentor and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Exceptional Customer Experience: Create an atmosphere where every customer leaves satisfied and happy. Availability: Must be ready to work closing shifts, typically ending between 3:00 am - 5:00 am.
