About This Job Axos Bank is looking for a GTM Operations Manager to help build and scale the systems, processes, and frameworks that power our enterprise marketing engine. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and Product-driving alignment across the Consumer, Commercial, and Securities businesses. You'll lead GTM framework development, optimize our martech ecosystem, and build the dashboards that guide executive decisions. We are on the lookout for a passionate, energetic and forward-thinking AVP of Lifecycle Marketing & Demand Generation to redesign our end-to-end customer experience with a spotlight on Activation & Retention, Monetization & Anti-churn, and Mobile app banking and adoption. This pivotal role plays a crucial role in steering Axos through significant growth and innovation phases, utilizing marketing automation, data, and personalization to create impactful customer journeys. We are on the lookout for a passionate, energetic and forward-thinking GTM Operations Manager to redesign our end-to-end customer experience with a spotlight on Activation & Retention, Monetization & Anti-churn, and Mobile app banking and adoption. This pivotal role plays a crucial role in steering Axos through significant growth and innovation phases, utilizing marketing automation, data, and personalization to create impactful customer journeys.
