Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job Axos Bank is looking for a GTM Operations Manager to help build and scale the systems, processes, and frameworks that power our enterprise marketing engine. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and Product-driving alignment across the Consumer, Commercial, and Securities businesses. You'll lead GTM framework development, optimize our martech ecosystem, and build the dashboards that guide executive decisions. We are on the lookout for a passionate, energetic and forward-thinking AVP of Lifecycle Marketing & Demand Generation to redesign our end-to-end customer experience with a spotlight on Activation & Retention, Monetization & Anti-churn, and Mobile app banking and adoption. This pivotal role plays a crucial role in steering Axos through significant growth and innovation phases, utilizing marketing automation, data, and personalization to create impactful customer journeys. We are on the lookout for a passionate, energetic and forward-thinking GTM Operations Manager to redesign our end-to-end customer experience with a spotlight on Activation & Retention, Monetization & Anti-churn, and Mobile app banking and adoption. This pivotal role plays a crucial role in steering Axos through significant growth and innovation phases, utilizing marketing automation, data, and personalization to create impactful customer journeys. Responsibilities: Build and scale GTM frameworks across business units to drive consistency and measurable growth Develop personas and audience segments and connect them across marketing and sales systems Optimize martech integrations (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, D360, ZoomInfo, Tealium, etc.) Partner with Sales to implement and refine lead funnel stages, routing logic, and SLAs Build executive dashboards for pipeline, lead flow, and GTM performance Improve speed to market and increase qualified lead volume through better processes and segmentation Deliver data-driven insights that shape GTM strategy, planning, and resource allocation Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure GTM readiness Mentor team members and promote an accountable, performance-oriented culture Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related discipline 8+ years in GTM operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, or related roles Experience supporting multiple business units or complex product portfolios Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and martech tools (Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Data Cloud, etc.) Strong background in segmentation, lead funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing Ability to build dashboards and analytics in CRM/BI tools Proven track record of improving speed to market and qualified lead generation Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is a plus What We Offer: A Culture of Innovation: Be part of a team that is not just adapting but leading the charge in the ever-evolving finance sector Growth Opportunities: We emphasize personal and professional growth, offering opportunities to tackle challenging projects, attend workshops, and engage in conferences Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package that rewards your contribution and dedication #LI-Onsite #AxosBank Axos Employee Benefits May Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks' Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year) HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading About Axos Born digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
