Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain project schedules to achieve deadlines. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in supervising and managing construction projects. Proven ability to lead projects valued at $15 million and above. Experience in BIM and coordination management. Adept at overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Proficient in maximizing efficiency through effective process mapping. Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving skills, and budget management abilities. Familiarity with construction project management software.
