Salesforce Architect

Job Summary The Salesforce Architect will design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align business needs with technical capabilities. The role involves translating requirements into functional designs, overseeing configuration and development, integrating systems via APIs, managing data models, and ensuring adherence to platform best practices. The position also acts as a key technical advisor to clients and development teams across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Key Responsibilities Define solution structure, data models, integrations, security, and user experience for Salesforce implementations. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and functional specifications. Provide technical leadership by guiding decisions between declarative and programmatic solutions such as Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. Collaborate with stakeholders, present solutions, manage expectations, and resolve escalated technical issues. Oversee implementation phases including build, data migration, integration, testing, and deployment. Guide developers and administrators throughout the project lifecycle. Stay current with Salesforce releases and propose innovative platform enhancements. Required Qualifications Over 10 years of experience designing scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry solutions. Proficiency in configuration (point-and-click) and development (Apex, LWC, APIs). Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data migration, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture. Ability to balance technical feasibility with business goals.
