We are a fast-growing local operation focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while continuing to expand our presence in the market. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to help support our growing volume of clients and inbound inquiries. Position Overview This role plays an important part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customers from the moment they book a job to the completion of service. You will assist with client communication, lead follow-up, scheduling coordination, and administrative support to help our operations team stay organized and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organized, and contributing to a growing team. Key Responsibilities Call new clients after booking to welcome them and review job details Make confirmation calls prior to scheduled jobs to verify logistics and expectations Respond to inbound leads and assist customers with booking services Follow up with potential customers who requested estimates Maintain accurate notes and updates within our CRM system Assist with scheduling coordination and job details Prepare thank-you cards and follow-up communication for completed jobs Support review generation and customer satisfaction efforts Communicate with the operations team to ensure smooth job execution Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone Positive and professional attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or scheduling is preferred but not required Compensation & Growth $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience Performance bonuses available Full-time and part-time opportunities available Paid training provided This role offers the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding franchise and take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to scale.
