Job Title: Systems Analyst Consultant - Open Text Focus Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote) Duration: 6 Months+ Contract-to-Perm Employment Type: Contract to Hire Position Overview: We are seeking a Level 4 Systems Analyst Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText solutions integrated with SAP. This role will lead complex software development initiatives, oversee system integrations, and provide mission-critical application support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and vendor resources throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities: Lead complex software development and system integration projects Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to develop technical specifications Lead selection, configuration, and implementation of OpenText software packages Drive vendor interactions and manage integration of complex application interfaces Provide 24x7 primary/secondary support for mission-critical applications Oversee release schedules and maintenance activities Produce documentation, technical estimates, and SDLC deliverables Serve as Technical Lead on multiple concurrent projects Mentor and guide junior technical staff Develop and drive standard practices within the team Required Technical Skills (OpenText Focus) Strong hands-on experience with: OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAP OpenText Archive Center OpenText Content Server OpenText Capture Center OpenText Enterprise Scan OpenText Web Viewer OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Intelligent Capture Center OpenText Directory Services Nice to Have Skills: C# programming with OpenText API Development experience in OpenText Exstream Experience working in large enterprise SAP environments Qualifications: Proven experience leading complex application development projects Strong understanding of SDLC processes Experience integrating enterprise applications Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong communication and leadership skills Working Conditions: Primarily office environment Occasional travel to operating locations may be required
