Gen AI Technical Lead

We need locals or someone who can relocate to client location from day one. Position: Gen AI Technical Lead Location: Denver, CO Duration: 6 Months Below would be the requirement for an onsite lead resource for client Active participant in the project, throw ideas and act as a "customer shadow" Lead and management activities, take full ownership of deliverables from technical perspective. Help or assign team the tasks and capable of kicking the can to the finish line in case something falls apart OR capable enough to convince client with delay in order to reduce noise Present client demos, suggest them convincing technical ideas spontaneously Tech Skills 1. Well versed with Python coding and its frameworks for developing an application using it. 2. Well versed with how AI apps work and are designed. 3. Well versed with designing technical solutions (follow SDLC patterns - create API contracts, LLD or HLD diagrams, demo to Arrow architect, convert those into tech specs so dev team can take over the real work) 4. Well versed with Hands on Coding (real one not just a high level with latest tech in AI and Python) 5. Good experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Functions App, Azure Blob storage and Websites 6. Well versed with SFDC platform and also hands on skills 7. Well versed with how Node JS and Angular 2 apps works and also hands on skills Dev Team Lead Skills 1. Able to manage offshore team 2. Able to remain available during monthly releases (3 days in a row, heavy duty work, Mon-Wed on monthly basis during release week) 3. Able to code in the applications so that person could provide Peer Review comments to the team and or guide the team. Tech Stack 1. SFDC Service and Marketing Cloud 2. NodeJS 3.
